Jazz x Monty pups

Peach playing with Laddie Jun 16, 2020

All of the Misty x Laddie pups have found homes except for special boy, Peach.

But, although we were not planning on doing this this year, our hussy Jazzy girl decided to throw another split heat on us and bred with Monty so... here we are :p

The Jazz x Monty pups were born late May 24/25. 3 males, 1 female.

All currently tri-color but may fade into saddleback as they grow like many of their full siblings have. They are presently all reserved, pending temperament tests. This will be Jazz's last litter.

Pups are currently 3.5 weeks old. Hearing and bleary eyesight developed in week 2. Here they were sleeping in the laundry basket on June 13, while I made their new potty area. In addition to adding the potty box, they have been dewormed, and front nails clipped this week. They've also kept their nest completely clean of poop since yesterday, which is fabulous!

**with all videos, click on the link, then click on the thumbnail to open fully** I tried to weigh the chunkers last night but they were too heavy for my small scale. I had to send a runner down to the barn to get the bigger one today.

There are definitely no runts in this litter! lol :p

Here is a video of the pups Jun 17, I do want to note that it was actually Elko that was the drama boy at the end this time, not Ember. 1) Elkanah (God has made - m) He, Ember & Eagle also give a little "rrr-urrf" alert bark when I walk into the puppy room. I suspect that Elko may, too, but I haven't caught him doing so yet.

2) Elko (His collar has a wavy 'sash', thus Elko, meaning 'Noble' - m) He was the first pup to use the potty, and is pretty consistent, along with Ember.

Elko was also the least adventurous in the new photo area.

3) Eagle (This boy's collar reminds me of a bird - m). I think he will likely fade to saddleback. He, along with Ember, is thus far the most explorative in new surroundings.

4) Ember (She has a little flame of white on the back of her neck - f). She, along with Eagle, was the most interested in exploring the new surroundings for the photo shoot. She can, on occasion, be a bit of a drama queen - she did NOT enjoy being dewormed, lol. She's also starting to wag her tail when I pet her <3

All pups are currently reserved. Anyone interested in being on our wait list either in case a spot opens up from this litter, or for future litters, please contact us & fill out our application form.
