Copper is our home grown guy, sired by Laddie and out of Misty.

He is a big boy, who recently weighed 70 lbs at the vet after a night without food and water pre-OFA rads Dec 29, 2023. Copper is highly intelligent, eager, food & praise motivated, with drive and an off switch; a joy to train.

 

This gorgeous boy was originally homed elsewhere but ended up needing more uniformly consistent rules than he was receiving so came home, where he has fit in beautifully. 

Copper has nice conformation - parallel leg structure and good, even width from shoulders to hip... He looked nicely put together even at what is typically an awkward age. 

And now that he's 2 years of age, I'm also thoroughly enjoying seeing his more fully filled out, mature build.
