Jazzy pups are 3 weeks old today :) They are becoming more active and starting to play a bit with one another. I snapped the above pic, then realized we were missing one. Sure enough, a quick peak into our son's room located the truant :)
The DNA test kits arrived yesterday, so we'll be tackling that this weekend to ready them for shipment on Monday. Hopefully Canada Post will cooperate and deliver them in a timely manner!

All the pups are growing well & have almost doubled their weights since last week. Blue Chowder is the smallest male, Purple Candy is the most diminutive female. Pink Cookie gets the chubby award this week as the biggest pup, surpassing the biggest male, Gold Ceasar by just 0.3 of an ounce.

Blue = Chowder (m) - Available Video of Chowder taken Nov 23, 2018. Chowder was the least perturbed by being plunked into the cold bowl on the weigh scale this week. He is a little more (gently) mouthy at this point than most of the others.
Green = Cider (m) - Available Video of Cider taken Nov 23, 2018 This boy has sabled out a lot this week. He's a real communicator - not vocal in a negative way, just makes little noises to chat with me.

Purple = Candy (f) - Reserved Video of Candy Nov 23, 2018. Candy appears to be turning into a saddleback sable. She has relaxed quite a bit about being placed on her back. Still not her favorite position, but she generally cooperates with taking her drops in the supine position. She's also got the fastest (gentle) tongue in the west :)
Silver = Carver (m) Available Video of Carver Nov 23, 2018 This boy kind of gets lost in the shuffle. I'll be watching him more this week to see if I can observe some of his unique traits. Very middle of the road pup atm.
Gold = Ceasar (m) Available Video of Ceasar taken Nov 23, 2018 Ceasar has several times this week, been the first to give a little 'rawrf' as he trundles over to greet me :) This gorgeous boy is looking more & more like stud material. If he continues to develop as I hope, he will be looking for a co-own or breeding situation.
